Your provider makes the final decision on clinical eligibility. Basic criteria: You must be 18 or older and living in the United States, and at a body mass index (BMI) of 26 or higher. You must not be or have: pregnant or breastfeeding; a personal or family history of medullary thyroid cancer or Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN-2); a cancer diagnosis or current chemotherapy treatment.
