GLP-1 Questions, answered.

How much does it cost?+

Semaglutide starts at a flat $74/mo and Tirzepatide at $119/mo on the annual plan (Buy 6, Get 6 Free). The 3-month plan (Buy 2, Get 1 Free) is $99/mo and $159/mo, and month to month is $149/mo and $239/mo. Every plan includes medication, unlimited physician support, membership at $0 and free discreet shipping, at the same price for every dose. 100% refund if you are not approved. No insurance needed; you may be able to use an HSA or FSA card.

Is the price really the same at every dose?+

Yes. Your monthly price does not change as your clinician adjusts your dose. There are no dose upcharges and no separate membership fee.

What’s the difference between Semaglutide and Tirzepatide?+

Semaglutide acts on the GLP-1 receptor. Tirzepatide acts on both the GIP and GLP-1 receptors. Your clinician will help you choose based on your health history, goals and budget.

Am I eligible?+

Your provider makes the final decision on clinical eligibility. Basic criteria: You must be 18 or older and living in the United States, and at a body mass index (BMI) of 26 or higher. You must not be or have: pregnant or breastfeeding; a personal or family history of medullary thyroid cancer or Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN-2); a cancer diagnosis or current chemotherapy treatment. Starter doses also require that you have never taken GLP-1 medication (Semaglutide or Tirzepatide), or have not injected within the last four weeks.

How do I get started?+

Choose a medication and complete a short assessment. A board-certified physician trained in weight loss medication reviews your BMI, your personal and family history and any contraindications, and walks you through common and rare side effects and the titration schedule. If you are cleared, your provider writes your first prescription. The program is available to adults 18 and older in the United States.

Why compounded Semaglutide or Tirzepatide?+

A one-size-fits-all approach may not suit everyone. Compounding lets your provider offer a more personalized dosing schedule. Some compounded formulations include ingredients such as B vitamins or glycine. You will receive clear instructions and always have access to your provider for questions. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved.

Do you ship to every state?+

We ship to all 50 states. Some specific options may not be available in every state; you will see that before checkout or hear from a representative.

What is your refund policy?+

You may be eligible for a refund if: you are found ineligible after payment, or you do not complete the requirements needed to process and ship your order and you request a refund within 30 days of the initial or recurring purchase, or you accept an alternative recommended by your provider. If you cancel after your information has been submitted for medical review, you are refunded the order amount minus $50 for the review. That cancellation must be requested the same day as your telemedicine visit. Full terms are in our Terms of Use.

Is it safe?+

FDA-approved GLP-1 medications have been studied extensively in adults who meet prescribing criteria. Compounded versions are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not evaluate their safety or effectiveness. Our pharmacy partners are LegitScript certified. Any medication decision should be made with a board-certified physician.

Will I lose muscle or skin elasticity?+

GLP-1 medications reduce appetite, so you eat fewer calories. Without enough protein and strength training, you can lose muscle, and muscle loss can affect how skin looks. CMWL Reset (free with your GLP-1 plan) and optional high-protein CMWL shakes and bars can help you keep a healthy balance.

Do I need GLP-1 medication for life?+

No. CMWL is designed to give you the tools to maintain a healthy weight. Some members continue medication long term; others rely on the nutrition and lifestyle habits they have built. If you want to continue after reaching your goal, see GLP-1 Microdosing.
