Refund Policy

There are three primary criteria for a refund:

1. you should be deemed ineligible after payment, or
2. you fail to complete the requirements that are necessary to process and ship an order, and you request a refund within 30 days of initial or recurring purchase, or
3. you accept an alternative as recommended by your participating provider.

Please also note that if you request cancellation of an order after completing your requirements that have been submitted to a medical provider for evaluation, you will be refunded the amount of the order minus $50. This amount is applied toward the service provided in the approval process. Your cancellation request must be made on the same day as your telemedicine interaction to receive this type of refund.
